As an IT Specialist, I manage the administration of our network, Office 365, SharePoint, and other systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and securely. I provide end-user support and training for hardware and software, working closely with the Collaboration and Support Services Manager to maintain operational security and governance.
I oversee the administration of Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Exchange, handling configurations, troubleshooting, and maintaining system health. I also manage IT infrastructure, including network, WiFi, and CCTV, and provide tier 1 and tier 2 support. Additionally, I train staff on Office 365 tools and ensure seamless user setup and onboarding.
