As a customer experience rep at the marina, my entire job is to make sure that our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they contact us to ask for a berth, until they leave our marina.
I work closely with our docklanders, the commercial team and our accountants
I am processing reservations and answering any questions or concerns from clients via email or directly through our online platform. I make sure that when boats check in they have uploaded correctly all their documentation, and keep the customer details on our system up-to-date. Now with our online booking this part is made much easier and quicker for our customers and myself !
I am there to solve problems they might face or simply help them during their holidays to make the most of their stay with us.
I try my best for everyone’s stay in the marina to be effortless and ensure they leave happy.
