Marina Manager

My job is all about overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the experience of our customers while driving the long-term success of the marina. I know all aspects of our operations as I started from the harbor operations as harbor chief.

I work closely with regional leadership to develop business plans, budgets, and strategies for improving operations and customer experience. I ensure our team delivers exceptional service, meeting both our customers’ needs and our company standards. Managing staff is a big part of my role, from performance reviews to ensuring they follow HR policies and safety protocols. I’m also responsible for maintaining the marina’s property, assets, and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and complies with environmental and safety regulations. Ultimately, I aim to create a welcoming, safe, and well-run marina that meets both operational goals and customer satisfaction.
