In the coming days, we will be implementing a more user-friendly and efficient billing system for electricity and water consumption.
With our new approach, you can easily control your sockets, monitor your electricity and water consumption, view your bills and stay connected with the marina!
When your socket is updated and you are ready to experience our new solution, you will receive a personalised message with full details of the new way to connect!
Once connected to the new sockets, if you are using prepaid cards for your electricity and water, rest assured that we have taken the necessary steps for a smooth transition. You can visit our Front Desk to receive a credit note and a refund for the remaining balance on your prepaid cards.
As always, our dedicated team will be on hand to support and assist you with the connection to our Smart Pedestals. If you have any questions or need help with installation, feel free to contact us. We want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable using the new system.
